Privacy notice
This notice covers Buzzer: this site, the coach's app (app.getbuzzer.com.br), the TV screen (tv.getbuzzer.com.br) and the gym page athletes open.
Who is responsible
Buzzer, reachable at contato@getbuzzer.com.br. For the data of a gym's owners and coaches, the gym is the controller and Buzzer is the processor, acting on the gym's behalf.
What we keep
About owners and coaches: the name and e-mail of the Google account used to sign in, the gyms and rooms they belong to, and a record of important actions (such as pairing a TV or inviting someone), tied to their place in the gym. Workout content is not personal data.
Athletes
Athletes need no account and we ask them for no personal data. We use no tracking cookies and our code keeps no IP address. Visits are only counted anonymously, added up per gym and per day.
What for
To provide the service the gym uses: signing in, access to the gym and security. The legal bases are the performance of a contract and legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, V and IX). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who else processes it
Buzzer runs on Cloudflare (servers and database), signs people in with Google (Firebase Authentication) and records errors with Sentry, without personal data. Team invitations go out by e-mail through Resend, which receives the invited address, the gym's name and the name of who invited. These services process data outside Brazil. On every visit, athletes' included, Cloudflare records on its own the IP address and the approximate location in its technical logs, which it keeps for 3 days.
For how long
The record of actions: 180 days. Usage counters: 400 days. Deleted workouts are erased for good after 30 days. When someone leaves a gym, their e-mail leaves its list; when a gym closes its account, everything about it is erased within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, and the other rights of art. 18 of the LGPD, at contato@getbuzzer.com.br or through your gym, and complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
Cookies and storage
Buzzer uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. The app and the TV keep in the browser only what they need to work: the sign-in, the TV's pairing and preferences such as the theme and the language.
